Michael C. is a quickly rising hip hop dancer/dance choreographer & another new fave to our A&B clients!

At the age of 18, Michael was first spotted at NYC’s Broadway Dance Center by InSync and Britney Spears’ choreographer, Wade Robson. From there, his career took off rapidly!  He began background dancing for Britney Spears, LL Cool J, InSync , Justin Timberlake, Pink, Christina Aguilera and many more. Michael appeared at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in Radio City Music Hall dancing behind Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears!

Michael also made his debut as a choreographer in the 2000 at Z100’s Jingle Ball and from 2001 – 2013,  he was one of the main choreographers for the NY Knicks City and New Jersey Nets Dancers. 

Michael also has his hand in the dance competition world, winning awards at the highest levels of competition dance including New York City Dance Alliance Showstoppers, StarQuest, Starpower and (Dance) Explosion. He has worked, as well as judged these competitions. His last judging roll landed him a spot on the hit TV show “DANCE MOMS” where he judged the Abbey Lee dancers in Bernardsville, New Jersey.  The following year, Michael took his all boys hip hop group called, “New Boys”, to the hit TV show “America’s Got Talent”.

Michael has been Artistic Director on KTU’s Tina Ann’s “IN MY DREAMS” tour and KTU’s “Beatstock”, as well as Artistic Director of Madison Square Gardens “Free Style Extravaganza”. 

Michael has not only been heavily involved with choreographer side of the business but also as a performer, DJ, MC & motivator for over 18 years!  He has performed at some major celebrities private events including Howard Stern, Woody Allen, Jon Stewart, Adam Sandler, and Tom Hanks!

All in all, Michael C. is one of Above & Beyond Events Unlimited’s most well rounded entertainers & would love to show you what he has got!
